Deployment model
RMOZ is deployed as national, regional, or enterprise-specific blockchain instances, governed independently and interoperable through standards.
TRUST MODEL
Governance and trust model
RMOZ deployments are permissioned networks. Governance defines who operates nodes, who validates, who observes, and how upgrades are approved and rolled out.

Node operators
Licensed operators and designated service providers operate nodes within the deployment jurisdiction, subject to policy controls.

Validators
A governance-approved subset of operators validates transactions and finalizes settlement under risk and policy controls.

Authorized observers
Regulators and government observers can be granted read-only visibility into audit trails and reports, according to permissions.
